Object
Valdivia is a digital intermediation platform that facilitates the connection between patients and interdisciplinary health professionals (Psychology and Nutrition) in an online modality.
Service Modality
Consultations are held virtually on the agreed days and times. Scheduling and advance payment through enabled channels (such as payment gateways or bank transfer) are mandatory to confirm the appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
Professional Liability
The professionals providing care through Valdivia are autonomous and independent, with each one being exclusively and legally responsible for the diagnoses, treatments, and clinical criteria applied. Valdivia operates as a technological management channel.
Privacy and Personal Data
The data provided by users is treated with strict confidentiality, complying with the Personal Data Protection Law in Argentina, and is used exclusively for appointment management and the provision of health services.
